  1. Virus_Help Readme

  3.    If you have not heard or read about the Amiga Virus, you should look
  4. through some back issues of Amazing Computing, AmigaWorld, or Info
  5. magazines.  The Virus can ruin some commercial software if it shows up in
  6. your disk collection.  
  7.  
  8.    There are 2 programs in this drawer:
  9.  
  10.       VirusX runs in the background, looks at each disk put in your drives
  11. to see if the "boot" block is standard.  If not, VirusX asks you if it
  12. should remove the nonstandard "boot" block.  Only commercial software which
  13. uses the "boot" block should normally show up as nonstandard.
  14.  
  15.       Vlook checks your Amigas RAM for signs of Viral Infection.  it does
  16. not have an Icon, so use CLI.  Type "Run Vlook".
